The experience at Vertu Toyota Sheffield was good because the staff were friendly and helpful, and I was happy with the experience. However, my car did not come with 9 months MOT and although I have contacted Vertu multiple times, I have not heard anything back about the MOT voucher they said I would receive.

I'd recommend Vertu Toyota Sheffield because Ross was very helpful once we made a decision purchasing was easy was able to pick my new car up the next day and he set everything up for me, radio. Sar nav. Showed me how everything worked didn't rush me until I was happy.
